Cancellation Policy
For 2026 Event tickets: Purchased tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend for any reason, your purchase price can be converted to app credit. These can either be redeemed for future events or transferred to another user.
If we cannot hold the event for whatever reason then your ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled event or at a subsequent event.
Notes:
Indicative prices for add-ons: Pool Party and Hot Springs: €35; Bonfire night: €12; SPA day: €50 (prices are dependent on external providers & will be published closer to the event).
Brand Promotion: An industry ticket is required if participants wish to undertake any brand promotion in the event such as during unconferences.

There are 3 main venues where talks and events will be held during the festival.
- Theater Stage (Nikola Vaptsarov community Center)
- Cinema Stage (Bansko Visitor Information Centre)
- The Park (City Park)
We recommend booking accommodation in this area if possible. (The links are to google map locations for each of them).

Buses and shuttles
The travel App Rome to Rio gives an overview of the different tansport options from Sofia.

The cheapest way to get to Bansko from Sofia is to get the local bus (around 10 euros) from Sofia Central Bus station. Tickets can be purchased at the bus station. To get to the Sofia Central bus station from the Airport you can get the Metro from the Airport (Terminal 2) to the Central Railway Metro stop. The Railway and Central Bus Station are next to each other.

Airport Transfers
The company Traventuria offers transfers directly from the airport. Times vary depending on the time and demand. You can book online via the website: https://www.traventuria.bg/transfers
Private Transfers
You can also arrange a private transfer to pick you up from Sofia Airport if there are a few of you travelling together. Private transfers are around 80-100 euros per car depending on the pick up time/season.

For local taxis within Bansko download the Taxis tars App. Taxi’s are also usually available at the bus station so you can arrange a ride to your accommodation on arrival at the Bansko Bus station.
